Digitizing

To post a photograph, you need to turn your photograph into a computer file. This process is known as digitizing. It means you are changing your photograph into digital information on your computer. At Escorts.com, we make this easy for you: Our software "grabs" the photo from your computer and transfers it to our site. We don't ask you to mess around with File Transfer Protocols (FTP). This is another way to swap files between computers and it's often complicated and difficult to learn. We've tried to make our instructions easier than that.

The best format for photos is "JPG" (also known as JPEG). You can also have your image as a "BMP" file, but this format results in a much higher filesize and is not recommended. Photos in GIF format will not be accepted--this is a poor format for photos due to the limited number of colors it is capable of handling.

IMPORTANT - READ THIS!

  • No matter which method you use or how you save your photo (JPG or BMP); you MUST keep the size of the file 200Kb or under! If it's bigger than this, our server will reject the photo and give you an error message! Clicking on the appropriate link below will access complete instructions.
  • Also, please note that if you are not familiar with your scanner or software, you need to become acquainted with it. Based on the testing we conducted when we created these instructions, it is strongly suggested that you go through a trial-and-error process to create your scanned photo. We've done it ourselves and it works! So have fun, give it your best shot and, before you know it, your photos will available for all to see on Escorts.com.
Four METHODS to convert your photograph into a JPG:
  1. Adobe Photo Deluxe is an image manipulation program that is included with many scanners on the market. Since it is one of the more popular software programs, we've included detailed instructions here for scanning with Adobe Photo Deluxe.
  2. You can SCAN your photograph with a SCANNER - or have a friend who owns one do it for you. It won't cost your friend anything other than a few minutes time. If you decide to buy a scanner, you can get one of excellent quality for as little as $99-$199. For further SCANNING information and posting instructions, CLICK HERE.
  3. You can also send a photograph of your item to us and we will scan in the photograph for you and email it back to you. For further MAILING information and posting instructions, CLICK HERE. Please note photos will NOT be returned unless they are sent to Escorts.com with an accompanying self-addressed, stamped envelope.
  4. You can use a standard photograph taken with almost any camera. Take your film to a photo developer and ask them to convert the photographs into JPG's. Prices will vary depending on what part of the country you live in and there may be a minimum number of photographs required, but expect to pay around $10 per roll of film. For further STANDARD PHOTOGRAPH information and posting instructions, CLICK HERE.

METHOD # 1 - SCANNING through Adobe PhotoDeluxe
  1. After using the scanner's directions to connect it to your computer, place your photograph, face down, on the glass plate and close the lid. Avoid scratching the glass surface.
  2. Open Adobe PhotoDeluxe. Click on GET PHOTO and then look for and click on the GET PHOTO tab to the right. Next, click on the WORD "Scanners" and choose the appropriate scanning source. Click OK.
  3. Once the correct scanning source is selected, click on the PHOTO of the scanner. This will bring up both your scanning screen as well as the "My Photos" box.
  4. You will see an option to PREVIEW, as well as to SCAN. You need to do a preview first, so click on that option. This gives a fast, low-quality scan of the entire scanner bed.
  5. When the preview is done, a dashed box will appear. (If the box does not show up automatically, usually all you need to do is click on the dashed box icon; then use your mouse to click the screen on which your pre-scanned photograph is displayed.) Drag the box to encompass the photograph by pulling its corners and edges. If you make a mistake, click somewhere around your photograph to start redrawing your box. Generally, you do not want to scan the entire scanner bed. This takes too long and creates a VERY large file that could cause lower memory computers to freeze or crash.
  6. When you've got your photograph framed, click on the SCAN button. A few moments after the scan starts, a box will pop up asking you to name your file. Name it, but be certain that you do not have any spaces in the name (our server will not accept a file name that includes spaces.) For example, you can name your file, "Headshot" but not "Head Shot." After you name your file, click, OK.
  7. Close the box you've just used to scan your photograph and you will now see a smaller photo of your photograph (called a "thumbnail") in the "My Photos" box under the "Acquire" tab.
  8. Now, RIGHT MOUSE CLICK on the thumbnail of your photo in "My Photos" and select the option, "OPEN PHOTO IN PHOTODELUXE." A larger version of the thumbnail will show up. You may wish to move or close the "My Photos" box so it is not in your way. Do this by either dragging the box with your mouse or clicking on the "X" in the upper right hand corner.
  9. In order to avoid a photo that is too large when sent to Escorts.com, you must first view your photo at 100%. After opening your photo, choose 100% from the toolbar above the photo. When you bring your photo up using this software, it will often be at 33% or 50% normal size and may LOOK great, but then end up HUGE when you send it to us. The way a photo looks at 1:1 or 100% is exactly how it will look when you post it on our sites.
  10. You may now see a lot of extra background around your photo. You want your photo to be seen, not several inches of your scanner bed! To get rid of some of the extra background, you will need to TRIM your photo. (If you do not have a lot of extra background, skip down to Step #12.) You'll find it helpful to reduce the Image View Ratio to less than 100% in order to see your entire photo.
  11. To TRIM: Click on the ADVANCED button, then select SIZE. Choose TRIM. To draw your box, click exactly where you want the corner of your box to start. Drag the box to create a frame around your photo. If you make a mistake, just click ESCAPE and redraw it. When you're happy with the box's placement, click ENTER. TRIMMING gets rid of everything OUTSIDE of the box you draw. If you make a mistake, go to EDIT, click UNDO and the original photo will return. Note: Additional enhancements can be made as you go on through these directions.
  12. If you skipped here from Step #10, please click on the Advanced Tab on the left side of the screen, then click on the Size Tab at the top. Now you can go on to Step #13.
  13. Go back to 100% viewing, if you are not there already. If your photo is too large, click on PHOTO SIZE on the far right of the PhotoDeluxe menu. You will now have a screen that shows CURRENT SIZE and NEW SIZE. IMPORTANT: (1) Make sure that FILE SIZE is NOT checked! (2) The size in K is not the size of the final JPG photo, so don't worry that this size is probably several hundred or even thousand Kb. Change the RESOLUTION to 72. Click OK and your photo will be resized.
  14. Again, make sure you are viewing at 100%. If your photo is too large or too small, go back to the PHOTO SIZE directions in Step #13. This time, enter a different height or width (not both - this will distort the photo) in the NEW SIZE box. A general rule of thumb is to make the height for vertical objects about 4 and the width for horizontal objects around 5. Compare the number of the new size to the old size. Click OK. The photo will be adjusted.
  15. The new size you see is still not the actual size it will be when converted into a JPG photo. To find out if it is within our range of 200K or under, you must save your photo. To do this, go to the FILE drop-down menu on the upper left corner of the screen. Choose SEND TO, then FILE FORMAT and name your file. Select JPEG under "Save As" in the Dialog Box.
  16. Now WRITE DOWN your photo's file name and its location (the location is usually found in the 'Save in' section of the box.) You'll need this when you're ready to send your photo to us. Also keep a record of the DRIVE and the FILE (or series of files) you are creating. Remember that you must also include the photo's file name(s) INCLUDING the FILE EXTENSIONS (such as .jpg or .JPG or .JPEG, etc.) Note: These file names and extensions are case sensitive! For example: C:\headshot1.JPG is NOT the same as C:\HEADSHOT1.jpg. Now click SAVE.
  17. When the JPEG OPTION screen appears, click the OPTIONS button to determine the pre-set number for IMAGE OPTIONS QUALITY. The number should be set to 4 or 5 in order to reduce the Kb size down to our requirement. Click OK to close the box. Once you have done this step, you will not need to repeat it unless you need to lower the number later.
  18. Since you can't open more than one JPG photo at a time in PhotoDeluxe, it is now necessary to close the image box you've been working in by clicking on the "X" in the upper right corner. You will be asked if you wish to save the changes made to the 'Untitled Image.' If all previous steps have worked, say "No" because the Untitled Image is not in a format you can use.
  19. Go to the FILE pull-down menu and select OPEN FILE. Highlight but do not open the photo you saved as a JPG. It will appear as a small image (called a "thumbnail") with the size below it. Remember to keep it 200K or under. If the file is still too big, go back to Step #14 and repeat it and the subsequent steps. Before you do this, open your photo by clicking on the OPEN button on the right of the screen. As you repeat the process, set your JPG option to a lower number. If you made it 5 the first time, try reducing it to 4 or even 3. If you had the option set to MEDIUM, try setting it to LOW. If you need to work on your photo again, go back to Step #14 now.
  20. Again, WRITE DOWN the photo's file name and location so that when you are ready to send the image to us, you can do it easily. Remember to write down the DRIVE and the FILE (or series of files) and the photo name INCLUDING the FILE EXTENSION (such as .jpg or .JPG or .jpeg, etc.). Note again: These file names and extensions are case sensitive with no spaces allowed in the file name (s.)

METHOD #2 - SCANNING YOUR PHOTOGRAPH

You can get a good scanner for as little as $99-$199. To scan a photograph, you need a flatbed scanner connected to a computer, and software on that computer that will "acquire" the photograph and usually allow you to edit it as well.

A software program comes with the scanner but may not provide all the utilities you need to improve your photo (s.) Follow the instructions that came with your scanner to hook it up to your computer and install the software.

Many scanners come with a graphics enhancement program like Adobe PhotoDeluxe that will allow limited manipulation and resizing of photos. You may wish to investigate other programs that can be of even more help. These are available for purchase or download from the Internet. Some are Adobe PhotoShop, Corel Draw, and Paint Shop Pro.

Once you've done this, you can scan photographs by using the instructions below. Our testing has shown that once you begin scanning a photograph until it is actually posted on our site will take approximately one hour your first time through. The time decreases, as you become more familiar with our instructions.

  1. Place the photograph face down on the glass plate and close the lid. Avoid scratching the glass surface.
  2. Open the software program you wish to use with your scanner. If you're using Adobe PhotoDeluxe, please click here for instructions.
  3. Go to the drop-down FILE menu on your toolbar. Depending upon what software program you are using, you will select ACQUIRE, IMPORT or SCAN, or, if necessary, click on the appropriate icon. You will more than likely encounter a TWAIN sub-menu at this point. If you run Windows 3.x, go to the SELECT TWAIN SOURCE to select your scanner. If you are running Windows 95, go to the SELECT TWAIN32 SOURCE to select your scanner. If not already chosen, highlight your scanner model, and then click "Select" or "OK." Otherwise, select "Cancel."
  4. Now, go back to FILE where you found ACQUIRE, IMPORT or SCAN. Again, depending on which system you are running, this time choose either TWAIN or TWAIN32 (that's different from the Twain/Twain32 Source you used before.) This will bring up the actual scanning box.
  5. You will now see an option to PREVIEW, PRESCAN or a similar command, as well as a SCAN or ACQUIRE command. You must do a preview first, so click that option. This gives a fast, low-quality scan of the entire scanner bed.
  6. When the preview is done a dotted or dashed box will usually appear. Drag the box to encompass the photograph by pulling its corners and edges. (If the box does not automatically show up, try clicking with your mouse on the screen where the photo is displayed.) If you make a mistake, click somewhere around your photo to start redrawing the box. Try to avoid including the entire scanner bed in your photo. This takes too long and creates a VERY large file. It could also cause lower memory computers to freeze or crash.
  7. When your photograph is framed, click on the SCAN or ACQUIRE button. When the scan is done, the photo will automatically pop up on your computer screen behind the scanning instruction box. Close the instruction box you've just used to scan the photograph. If you make a mistake, just close the box and repeat steps 4 - 7.
  8. Now you need to check the "view ratio" of your photo. This will either be at the very top of the screen that contains the photo or you will need to use one of the drop-down menus of your program. If you do need to use the drop-down menu, click on WINDOW. At the very bottom of the displayed menu, you will see the "Untitled" photo with a ratio next to it. You can now close this menu.
  9. Now it's time to view your photo at 100%. When you just saw it, it could have been at another percentage like 12.5%, 33%, or 50% of its normal size. It might LOOK great but could end up much too large to be sent to our site. The way a photo looks at 100% (1:1) is exactly how it will look when you post it on Escorts.com. Finding the proper command to see the image at 100% depends upon your individual software package. You will often find the command you need under the VIEW drop-down menu. It may be called 1:1 RATIO, "100%," ACTUAL VIEW RATIO or ACTUAL PIXELS. (If you have trouble finding the correct command, use the software program's HELP menu and look up "View.")
  10. If the photo is too big to fit on your computer screen, you now need to reduce the Image View Ratio to less than 100% to see the entire photo. In many programs, you can do this by going to the VIEW drop-down menu. Look for a command such as FIT ON SCREEN, SCALE TO SCREEN, SCALE TO FIT, etc. This will not change the size of the photo, but will allow you to see it better.
  11. If your photo has a lot of unneeded space around it, try TRIMMING or CROPPING it. You want members to see your photos, not several inches of the scanner bed. (If there isn't a lot of extra background, skip to Step #13.) How you TRIM or CROP depends on your software program. Generally, you will have a toolbar with a number of icons on it. Find the button with a box of dashed or dotted lines (??) on it. Choose it by clicking it once. If you make a mistake and click the wrong icon, just click again on the one you want to use in order to begin again.
  12. Now, go back to your photo and click exactly where you want the corner of your box to start. Drag the box to create a frame around your photo. If you make a mistake, just click somewhere else on the screen to begin again. To get rid of everything OUTSIDE the box you've drawn, look under either the IMAGE or EDIT drop-down menus for the command "Crop" or "Trim." Click on that option to delete everything except what is inside of your box. REMEMBER: If you make a mistake, you can select UNDO under the EDIT drop-down menu to begin again.
  13. Although you've now eliminated the unnecessary background, your photo is probably still too large. If you aren't certain, go back to the VIEW menu and choose 1:1 RATIO, 100%, ACTUAL PIXELS, ACTUAL VIEW RATION, etc., to see how it really looks. If it is too large, you can now resize it. Depending upon your software program, the way to do this varies. While the following general instructions should work with your program, you can also refer to the software's Help menu to find a method that will work for you.
    1. Many programs have a drop-down menu called, IMAGE that you can select. There, you will choose IMAGE SIZE, RESIZE, RESAMPLE, or similar command.
    2. You will probably now encounter a screen that shows 1) PIXEL SIZE or DIMENSION and PRINT SIZE or 2) CURRENT SIZE and NEW SIZE. (Depending upon your program, the terms used may vary.) Both sets do the same thing. IMPORTANT: If your program has a box called FILE SIZE, make sure that it is NOT checked! On this screen, the size in K you see is NOT the number of the final JPG image. There's no need to worry that the size is probably several hundred or thousand Kb. You're about to fix that.
    3. Look for the box called, RESOLUTION. Change the resolution to 72 (the resolution of the Internet). Click on OK. This will resize your photo. Again, make sure you are viewing it at 100% by going back to the VIEW menu and choosing 1:1 RATIO, 100%, ACTUAL PIXELS, ACTUAL VIEW RATIO, etc. At this point, you may need to MAXIMIZE the box containing the photo to see all of it. If it looks good, go on to Step #14. Otherwise, continue to Step 13d.
    4. If your photo is still too large, go back to the IMAGE SIZE (or RESIZE, RESAMPLE, etc.) box found in the IMAGE drop-down menu. This time, you will enter a new HEIGHT or WIDTH dimension in the PRINT SIZE or NEW SIZE box. Change only ONE of the dimensions - the other automatically re-scales itself. A general rule of thumb is to make the height for vertical objects about 4 and the width for horizontal objects around 5. Once you've chosen the dimension you wish to change and entered the new number, Click OK.
    5. Once again, you must view your photo at 100%. If you are now satisfied with how the size looks, go on to the next step (14). If you are still dissatisfied, repeat Step #13d to further reduce the height or width.
  14. In order to see how large the photo is in Kb as a JPG, you now need to save it. Look under FILE for a command to SAVE. Click on it. In the dialog box that appears, look for an option such as SAVE AS, FILE FORMAT, FILE TYPE or something similar. It allows you specify the way you want to save your image - in our case, as a JPG. Select the JPG option. (If you see JPEG, it is the same extension and you can choose it instead.)
  15. Now it is time to name your photo in the FILE NAME box. Pick something easy to find and (important!) remember that the name you choose cannot contain any spaces. For example: headshot1.jpg is acceptable - head shot1.jpg is not. You must pay attention to this!
  16. At this point, write down the name of your photo and its location (the latter is usually found in the 'Save In' section of the displayed dialog box.) This will be very helpful when you are ready to send your photo(s) to our site. Also keep a record of the DRIVE and the FILE (or series of files you are creating) and finally, the photo's name(s) INCLUDING the FILE EXTENSIONS (such as .jpg or .JPG or .jpeg, etc.). Note: These file names and extensions are case sensitive! For example: C:\headshot1.JPG is NOT the same as C:\HEADSHOT1.jpg. Now click SAVE. (Note: With some programs, after you type in the file name and click SAVE, the program puts the extension on after the file name. If this happens, you may need to click SAVE a second time.)
  17. When you click SAVE, you will probably now encounter a screen asking about JPG COMPRESSION, OPTIONS, SIZE or something similar. This determines how large or small your JPG file ends up. Larger files (i.e. more KB in size) will have slightly more resolution but take more time loading and may be over our 200K limit. A file that is smaller (fewer KB in size) will have a bit less resolution but load up quicker. We suggest you split the difference with a medium compression - this usually gives a good balance between file size and resolution. Depending on your program, this may be displayed by the words LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH; SMALL or LARGE; or with a range of numbers, usually 1-10. Choose MEDIUM or a "4" or "5". When done, click SAVE or OK.
  18. With many programs, you can see how many Kb your file really is by going to the FILE drop-down menu and choosing OPEN. Find your photo file and highlight it without opening it. Somewhere in the box (usually at the bottom), it will tell you the size of your file in Kb. It must be 200K or under. If it is, go to Step #20. If it isn't go to Step # 19.
(If your program does not show the file size, you need to go to WINDOWS EXPLORER or PROGRAM MANAGER. Go to the directory and file where you saved your photograph and find the name of your photograph. You should see the size listed in K or Kb listed after it. If you do not see the size, simply go to the drop-down menu entitled VIEW and click on DETAILS. The listing display will change and your file size will now be shown.)
  19. If your file is over 200K, the easiest thing to do is to go to FILE, SAVE AS (not SAVE). Keep the file name the same and make sure the FILE TYPE, FILE FORMAT (or similar command) is selected as JPG. Once again, the JPG COMPRESSION, OPTIONS, SIZE, etc. box will come up. This time, lower or change the compression from MEDIUM to LOW. Click SAVE or OK. (Alternatively, you can repeat Steps 13 through 16.) Repeat Step #18 to see if the size is now within the limit.

IMPORTANT! Print out the instructions you need before you begin!

METHOD #3 - SENDING YOUR PHOTO TO US
If you can't find a photofinisher or copy shop able to convert the images to JPG's, follow the instructions below:
  1. Please protect your photograph with stiff paper so it is not mangled in the mail. We are not responsible for the condition in which your photograph arrives.
  2. Send your photograph to Escorts.com, 106 South 7th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106. BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER and your EMAIL ADDRESS!
  3. When we receive your photograph, we will scan it for you. You should remember that the quality of the scanned photo will be only as good as the photograph you send to us.
  4. After the photograph is scanned, we will then send that scanned photo back to your email address in a JPG format. IF WE DON'T HAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WE CANNOT GET YOUR PHOTO TO YOU.
  5. If you want your ORIGINAL PHOTOGRAPH returned, YOU MUST ALSO INCLUDE a self-addressed, pre-stamped envelope. Submissions not containing this become the property of Escorts.com and cannot be returned.
  6. You can send your photos to us as an attachment to an e-mail through your E-MAIL PROGRAM. We recommend that you do not send more than 3 photos per e-mail because of the size of your photos. The subject of your e-mail must be “PHOTOS FOR UPLOAD”. You must include your Escorts.com registered Handle and e-mail address in your e-mail so we know which Profile the photos should be uploaded to. Send your e-mail to support@escorts.com.

IMPORTANT! Print out the instructions you need before you begin!

METHOD # 4 - TAKING YOUR PHOTOS TO A PHOTO DEVELOPER OR COPY SHOP
This is easiest to do. Just remember - the photo quality you get with a 'point-and-shoot' or disposable camera isn't going to be as good as those photos taken with a 35mm camera that can be manually focused.
  1. Have someone take your photo with the camera of your choice (or use the camera's self-timer if it has one). We suggest you try shots with different angles and lighting. You'll want to have some choices when you decide what shot makes you look best.
  2. Take your film to a photo developer and ask for the photos to be converted into JPG's. Any well-equipped photo developer can do this, as well as provide the diskette for the photos. Expect to pay around $10 per roll of film and be aware that some photo developers will have a minimum requirement.
  3. Some developers may ask if you want your photos on a Kodak® Photo CD. We recommend against this because not all software programs can read them and also because you will still need to convert the Kodak® Photo CD images into JPG's. Whether you use this step or #2, be sure to specify that the size of the photos must be kept under 200K - otherwise, you will need to reduce the size yourself using a graphics enhancement software program on your computer.
  4. You might wish to consider this alternative: If your local film processor can't convert your film into computer files, you can have regular photos developed and take them into a copier shop. Most have scanners that can scan your images and save them as JPG's on diskettes for a fee. Again, be sure to tell them to keep the size under 200K. Once these scanned photos have been returned to you, simply follow the directions below to post your image.

POSTING A PHOTO on Escorts.com

Photos may not have text of any kind on them. This includes names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, Web site addresses, or instant messenger usernames. Photos cannot show any person other than yourself. We will not approve photos that violate these rules.

You may upload a maximum of 60 photos to your Photo Gallery.
To begin:
  1. Close all files and go to the Escorts.com site.
  2. Once you LogOn to Escorts.com, go to “Add a Photo” from the Member Console.
  3. You will see a box called, FILE NAME with a BROWSE button next to it. Click on the BROWSE button. This will open a box called, "CHOOSE FILE" or "FILE UPLOAD" depending upon which Internet Browser you are using. At the bottom of this box, click on the arrow where you see "FILES OF TYPE" and choose, "All Files" if this is not the default setting. This allows you to find your photos easily and eliminates the need to retype the information so you can prevent typos.
  4. Depending upon how your computer’s hard drive is set up, you may still need to go to the top of the "FILE UPLOAD" or "CHOOSE FILE" box and click on the arrow after the "LOOK IN" box to find your photo this way. If you find it necessary to do this, choose the appropriate drive, then find the primary and/or sub-folders where you’ve stored your photos. (For example, if you stored your photo in a folder in Drive C called, "My Documents" and it is in a sub-folder called, "Photos", the path for your photo is displayed as: C:\MyDocuments\Photos\yourfilesname.)
  5. When you find the photo file you want, click on it to highlight it, and then click on OPEN. This does not open the photo so you can see it. This command brings the file's name into the UPLOAD IMAGE FILE box so you can complete the following directions. (In the event you have trouble using the BROWSE button, you can identify your photo using the path directions above and type in the entire path. Remember to be case sensitive and include no spaces.)
  6. Once the name of the photo’s file is in the box, click UPLOAD. It may take a few moments to see your uploaded photo. (If you get an error message regarding size, it is because your photo is larger than our 200K maximum. You now need to go back to the directions you were using earlier that tell you how to bring the size of your photo to 200K or under.)
  7. The new photo will appear and will upload to your Photo Gallery. You will have the option to “continue” or “upload” more photos.

NOTE:
If you click “Manage Photo Gallery” located in the “Profile” section of the Members Console, you will see your photo(s) as thumbnails. Under the thumbnail photo, you will see “Pending” and “Delete Picture.” If you click the thumbnail photo, we display it as an enlargement.

“Pending” means that your photo(s) are awaiting approval by Escorts.com staff. This approval takes 24 to 72 hours. If you wish to delete any of the photo(s) you just uploaded, place a check in the box next to “Delete Picture” and click “Update.” When your photo(s) have been approved, you will have the option to choose which photo you want to appear as your Profile Photo (see “Adding A Profile Photo” below).

Adding A Profile Photo:
The Escorts.com staff approves all photos submitted for posting on Escorts.com. The first photo we approve becomes your main Profile photo. We give you the option to choose a different photo for your main Profile photo. If you wish to make another photo contained in your Photo Gallery as your main Profile photo, please see directions in the next paragraph. Please note, you can choose ONLY ONE PHOTO as your main Profile Photo, but you may change it at any time you wish.

To add, remove, or change your Profile Photo, click “View Your Profile” located in the “Profile” section of the Members Console. If a photo already appears on your Profile, click “Remove Photo.” This removes the photo from your Profile but still keeps it in your Photo Gallery.

Next, click “Manage Photo Gallery” located in the “Profile” section of the Members Console. Under each photo will be “Profile Picture” and “Delete Picture.” To add a photo as your Profile Photo, click the radio button next to “Profile Picture” and click “Update.” The photo you chose will now appear on your Profile.

Deleting a Profile Photo:
Click “View Your Profile” located in the “Profile” section of the Members Console. Click “Remove Photo.” This removes ONLY the photo from your Profile, but does not remove it from your Photo Gallery.

Deleting Gallery Photo(s):
Click “Manage Photo Gallery” located in the “Profile” section of the Members Console. Under each photo will be “Profile Picture” and “Delete Picture.” To delete photo(s), check the box(es) next to “Delete Picture” for the photo(s) you want to delete, and click “Update.”
